CAR University

CAR University was established in August of 2001. C.A.R. University is forward-thinking and dedicated to providing programs to meet the training needs within the organization. This includes the utilization of local colleges, universities, off-site training seminars, and hands-on training programs. We provide the employees the opportunity to interact with our surrounding communities on many different levels. The university provides all of our employees the tools they need to excel in their current positions. It also provides the resources to help each of them set their individualized career goals and help them achieve these goals.

  • C.A.R. University staff should have ongoing feedback from all participants about the effectiveness of C.A.R. offerings. Our objective is to make learning effective and enjoyable. We will devise measures to provide accountability in both categories.
  • Methods of instruction will be as important as content in designing the C.A.R. NUEVO curriculum.
